Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department

• Responsible for managing multiple, top priority and more complex business projects and programs end to end.

• Consolidate project reports for entire PMO department for PMO Head’s review.

• Prepares and types correspondences, reports and other documents required by the office.

• Maintains all records and files relevant to the assigned office.

• Sorts and manages all incoming and outgoing documents and manages the approval of pertinent documents by the office head.

• Places requests in Ariba, manages orders, and handles all communications with regard to office materials, supplies and equipment.

• Manages the meetings and schedules of the office head and PMO group.

• Performs any project-based assignment as designated by the office head.   

• Performs other administrative functions to support the requirement of PMO.

• Attend to other duties/tasks that may be required by his immediate superior

Minimum Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree preferably Engineering/ Information Technology

• Excellent Communication Skills Required

• Working Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project an advantage

• Background in Life Insurance/ Banking Preferred

• Organization skills

• Time Management skills
