Your key deliverables: Set goals and leads projects to meet their goals - Sets person (subproject) level objectives for project team members - You will communicate with in & outside project team - You will reports project status regularly - Prepares for project milestones (DGC approvals) - You will plan and follow project expenses - You will plan and follow project resources - You will make project plan proposals Develops project and product development processes, tools and methods Creates product specification (with help of product management / R&D colleagues) Gives technical supervision and writes and reviews plans and specifications Qualifications What we are looking for: Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics Around 3- 4 years of relevant experience Experience in schedule planning and estimation Tools and methods for project management: Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management, MS-project, Excel, resource planning tools (nice to have) Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills Experience in facilitation and meeting planning Fluent English What we offer: At Eaton, inclusion and diversity is our strength.
