Eaton’s CRDS division is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez Facility. The Project Manager is responsible for reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Dry-Type Distribution Transformer (DTDT) Engineering manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the plant portfolio, managing shared resources across multiple projects and functions. Accountable for the oversight of the cross functional activities to assure execution of VA/VE, Cost-out and new product introduction (NPI) projects. Some activities related with the position will be: Identify and develop Project Management Methodology, best practices and standards. Monitoring compliance with engineering standards, company policies and procedures Coordinate communication across projects Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines Perform quality control over the project deliverables to maintain the standards expected Develop a detailed project plans and track progress of the milestones achieved Report and escalate to management as needed Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Manage risk and issues and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope #LI-AM4 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: English 85% Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (or equivalent qualifications) Minimum 5+ Years of relevant experience in the industry Project Management Experience with AutoCad, SolidWorks, OPS, or similar design programs (preferred) Six Sigma green belt preferred Product Lifecycle management Experience on New Product Introduction methods preferred We make what matters work.
