My international client is currently looking to hire an IT Project Manager to coordinate with the team to ensure all IT projects are delivered on-time, within scope, fulfill the business requirements and within budget.

Position Summary: 

The role requires a mature project manager with 8+ years’ experience of IT project implementation and delivery in medium to large scale projects. This role will need to work closely with the team, stakeholders and service providers thus strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Projects and lead a team of Business Analyst to ensure smooth delivery of IT projects
• Work closely with stakeholders, C- levels and service providers to meet their expectations and ensure effective project implementation
• Proactive management of all potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures
• Knowledge on the latest technology and best practices within the industry, recommend and deliver changes to improve the current processes
• Encourage a positive, engaged team environment to deliver quality outputs

Qualifications and Experience: 

Education/ Work Experience:

• Degree in IT related field
• 8+ years’ experience of IT project implementation and delivery in medium to large scale projects 
• Previous experience as a Project Manager with experience in retail, buying offices and retail

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient in software development methodologies
• Project Management certifications e.g. Prince 2 and PMP
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methods  

Language:

• Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantageous
