This is a hybrid role with site and home-based working. Based on multiple sites in Chilton Industrial Estate, Sudbury, we design and assemble blood, urine and diabetes analysis instruments. To be considered for this position, candidates will be experienced Project Managers, with a solid understanding and experience working in supply chain within a highly regulated environment. The main expectation for the role will be to leverage the use of existing instruments in our supply chain, through sourcing and refurbishment. The right candidate will understand the supply sources and quantities, as well as the challenges of the supply chain in a global organisation. This is a varied role; there will be a requirement to lead on multiple projects across the business, ranging from manufacturing to IT. This role will suit a seasoned Project Manager who is passionate about driving projects to completion, whilst proactively engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation. Required skills to have for the success of this role Essential requirements: Significant project management experience - Full project life-cycle - from start to finish including business case, risk management, people management, tracking and retrospectives. Degree in an engineering related topic Experience of working within a highly regulated environment Sound knowledge of ERP systems e.g. SAP Ability to multi-task and respond positively under pressure Desirable requirements: Experienced in fast-paced medical device or pharma manufacturing environment highly desirable Lead risk assessments including pFMEA assessments Ability to work on a variety of projects across the business, ranging from Manufacturing to IT, Admin and finance.
