Experience · Minimum Associate degree; Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree preferred · 5-8+ Project Management experience on 66kV-400kV Turnkey Substations of Category >C-F. GIS Turnkey Substation experience is more preferred · PM @ Siemens certification preferred. · Prior experience or Good Knowledge on Bidding / Tendering / Marketing of 66kV-400kV Turnkey Substations preferred · Prior experience or Good Knowledge on Control & Protection and Substation Automation for 66kv-400kV High Voltage substations preferred · Ability to review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to quickly establish the project intent is preferred. · Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers · You are flexible, well organized, a driven problem solver, solutions-oriented, who willingly takes initiatives and delivers according to expectations · Quick Decision-making ability · Knowledge and experience in project management tools · Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project · Good verbal and written communication skills in English Responsibilities · Perform Project Management in accordance with PM@Siemens preferably. · Ensure Project controlling and budgeting to meet the yearly KPI targets like Revenue, Margin etc. · Ensure efficient risk and contracts/ claim management throughout the project to minimize/ mitigate the risk exposure of the project. · Reduce Non-conformance costs through accurate due diligence during acquisition & implementation phase · Compliance to all processes including EHS, etc. to ensure safe & smooth implementation · Leads the development and negotiation of project variations orders. · Ensure regular communication and project status reporting to management. · Effectively Manage External stake holders and Internal stakeholders · Effective site management to ensure timely installation and commissioning of steam turbines. · Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate with Accounting team and Operations Manager. · Liaison with various departments (Engineering, Supply chain, Factory etc.) for ensuring timely delivery of projects within the stipulated costs · Establish claims, suggest alternate solutions & vendors and other add-on opportunities for margin improvement · Facilitate smooth handing over to the Lifecycle Management (LM) / Service team for warranty / Maintenance phase. · Maintain client satisfaction at all stages to ensure repeat business from existing account / vertical We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
