With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented Experience Minimum Associate degree: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree preferred 10+ Project Management experience on execution of Substations with category – C/S. PM @ Siemens certification preferred. Ability to review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to quickly establish the project intent is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers You are flexible, well organized, a driven problem solver, solutions-oriented, who willingly takes initiatives and delivers according to expectations Quick Decision-making ability Knowledge and experience in project management tools Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Good verbal and written communication skills in English Responsibilities Perform Project Management in accordance with PM@Siemens preferably. Ensure Project controlling and budgeting to meet the yearly KPI targets like Revenue, Margin etc. Ensure efficient risk and contracts/ claim management throughout the project to minimize/ mitigate the risk exposure of the project. Reduce Non-conformance costs through accurate due diligence during acquisition & implementation phase Compliance to all processes including EHS, etc. to ensure safe & smooth implementation Leads the development and negotiation of project variations orders. Ensure regular communication and project status reporting to management. Effectively Manage External stake holders and Internal stakeholders Effective site management to ensure timely installation and commissioning of Substation. Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing, coordinate with Accounting team and Operations Manager. Liaison with various departments (Engineering, Supply chain, Factory etc.) for ensuring timely delivery of projects within the stipulated costs Establish claims, suggest alternate solutions & vendors and other add-on opportunities for margin improvement Coordinate for smooth closure during warranty phase Maintain client satisfaction at all stages to ensure repeat business from existing account / vertical.
