About The Role:

Manages projects delivery in line with client agreement - on time, in the required quality, within budget and with appropriate client treatment and responsiveness.

                                                                       

Responsibilities:

  • Supports sales team through developing effective project delivery solutions/proposals including quotas.                                                               
  • Completes project risk analysis and defines mitigation actions of the risks identified.        
  • Creates (prepares internal version) of project plans and schedules based on client-specific requirements. Applies appropriate contingencies in planning and resourcing.                            
  • Creates and controls project budgets, does cost tracking, issues Purchase Orders and Invoices, approves work reports.                                                            
  • In line with project plans organizes, assigns, measures, and monitors work of his/her project team members. Ensures team's compliance with standards, practices, and policies.                                
  • Ensures quality and timelines of team's deliveries, plus team's responsiveness and professional treatment of both external and internal clients.                                                      
  • Organizes and leads project/client/partner meetings and calls (e.g., kick-offs, weekly, ad-hoc issue-solving, postmortems), records and distributes meeting minutes and monitors delivery of agreed action items.                                                                   
  • Solves issues or disagreements (system or product), identifies causes and sets corrective/preventive action.                                               
  • Actively participates on Unit (corporate) management (meetings) - provides data, informs, proposes innovations, provides constructive feedback.                                                                        
  • Regularly monitors clients' satisfaction with his/her team's results and takes improvement actions.
  • Participates on creation and implementation of Unit's strategy - owns some of the strategic tasks.
  • Trains and coaches junior Project Managers / Project Managers. Creates methodologies, tools, checklists, etc. to improve project management process.                                                                                                                                  

 

Requirements:

  • University degree                                                                                 
  • 5+ years on Project Management position or relevant management experience on other position.
  • 5+  years extensive experience managing  cross-functional team environment.
  • Advanced user skills of Microsoft Office

  • Project Management Certification from a recognized institution is preferred.

Base Pay:

$100,000 - $120,000 / year

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
