Job Description
  • Lead and manage short, medium and long term sub-projects, across the full and diverse range of pre-opening operational and non-operational functions for SCC The Londoner, P2 apart-hotel and T5B apart-hotel
  • Assist with the preparation and timely maintenance of the Operations Development master critical path.
  • Liaise closely with Non-Gaming Operations and P&SC to identify and ensure no gaps in procuring all FF&E and OS&E required to ensure smooth handover and property GO LIVE; establishing deadlines for delivery of goods and installation
  • Lead project update and control meetings on a regular basis, plus workshops, as the conduit for clear two way communications between key stakeholders, consultants and DEV
  • Assist with the development of resort wide programs and manage their implementation. Eg. Furniture installation, FF&E load in for Hotel Rooms, FOH areas, F&B venues, Recreation etc
  • Manage and coordinate the handover process (and prepare & manage the move in schedule) on behalf of Operations with DEV
  • Carry out other project related tasks as and when required; assumes full responsibility and accountability for complete sections of projects assigned
  • Ensure team members are aware of and adhere to all Company policies and procedures at all times
  • Be responsible for team member training, development and motivation
  • Undertake other specific project related work as and when required

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Finance Hospitality / Hotel
  • Government safety course - occupational safety card for construction industry
  • 5 or more years’ working of experience, 3 – 4 years’ of experience in related area, 1 – 2 years’ experience in Supervisory Level
  • Pre-opening Hotel experience
  • Previous FF&E / OS+E procurement of installation experience for an international Hotel / Casino complex an advantage
  • Undertake specific project related work across a diverse range of pre-opening operational and non-operational functions
  • Solid understanding of Hotel and / or Casino Operations
  • Liaise closely with Non-Gaming Operations and P&SC to identify and ensure no gaps in procuring all FF&E and OS&E required to ensure smooth handover and property GO LIVE; establishing deadlines for delivery of goods and installation
  • Conduct operational analysis to assist operational departments in developing their operational methodologies and hence determine FF&E / OS&E requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi – task
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, analysis and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Carry out other project related tasks as and when required; assumes full responsibility and accountability for complete sections of projects assigned

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • PC literate with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (including macros) , PowerPoint and Microsoft Project software
  • While mainly office based, site visits will occur requiring sufficient physical dexterity and awareness in and around building site conditions so as to maintain safety and vigilance at all times for self and others
