We are looking for a talented and subject matter expertise that thrives in a quick project life-cycle.

This role will collaborate with our sales team and work alongside with our technical support team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and reviews all stages of system development life-cycle to ensure successful delivery of projects;
• Develop and maintain effective lines of communication with management, customer, technical team and presales team to understand their
• present and future information needs and system requirements;
• Identifying and analyzing risks with third parties and stakeholders, and assessing the likely impact of the project as well as devising
• contingencies and strategies to counter any issues;
• Deliver all projects to a distinctive quality – on-time and on-budget at all times
• Ensuring that communication channels throughout the Project Team are maintained;
• Presenting and compiling reports on project developments for internal and external parties at all levels;
• Developing, adapting and refreshing detailed project plans for systems rollout;
• Solving problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner with minimal disruption to the team or stakeholders;
• Develop technical documentation for project completion if necessary.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in IT industry with at least 2 years experience in project management;
• Proven experience in Content Management System, Document Flow/Workflow Management System, MSSQL & Oracles RDBMS is preferable;
• Proven experience in Java or .NET web development and database tuning;
• Working experience in or with Government Department / Project is a strong plus;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong sense of responsibility and hard working;
• Certificate of PMP or proficient in PRINCE2 are preferred.
