This position will work closely with all levels of the organization in Walpole Operations, Program Management, R&D, Quality, and Marketing to successfully transfer new products into the Walpole, MA facility, or manage change projects for commercialized products. As a Project Manager 2, you will be responsible for: Representing Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SC&M) on Core Teams or other program teams Forming and leading Operations Element Teams or change project teams Creating project schedules, meeting minutes, presentations Providing periodic updates on projects to upper management Overseeing the preparation of new product Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, SAP set-up Completing Process Review Templates (PRTs), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (pFMEAs); author plans, reports, Product Development Process (PDP) deliverables Scheduling and monitoring new product pilots Providing strategic oversight to projects to ensure business objectives are met Required Education, Skills & Experience: BS in scientific discipline 3+ years’ experience with ADVIA Centaur, Atellica, or other immunoassays Mid level project management skills Working knowledge of SAP P41, design control, change control, stage gate processes Occasional travel required Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Recent experience running cross-functional project teams Ability to motivate, negotiate, resolve conflicts, advocate for projects at all levels of the organization Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
