Major job responsibilities：

1.Building up the complete department including the hiring of team members and the set-up of the environment；

2.Support customer projects from the offer phase to the start of production；

3.Synchronizing and communicating requirements with internal and external suppliers and customers；

4.Planning and monitoring project progress.

Terms of service:

1.Team management with experience in leading agile IT teams, methods of project and requirements management;

2.managing international and interdisciplinary projects, car connectivity and/or infotainment as well as embedded systems and internet/communication technologies, HW/SW development methodologies and development processes, architecture of control units (AUTOSAR);

3.In the automotive electronics industry, with more than 3 years of experience in management;

4.Ability to work with an international team, highly proficient in spoken and written English, strong organizational and communication skills;

5.Hands-on approach and self-organized work attitude contributing to team success, orientation towards problem solving and quality, ready to travel on request.
