Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of all operational and business development tasks associated with oil & gas, projects, marine logistics in North China in order to ensure high customer satisfaction, high productivity and maximum profitability.
• Ensure strong process management is in place and implement, benchmark, improve and control operational performance against agreed guidelines/ Key Performance Indicators.
• Liaise/coordinate with internal departments and our global network to deliver total business solutions that support our overall business strategy.
• Support the initial implementation of new accounts.
• Ensure that all financial operational requirements are met at all times (including but not limited to file administration, accurate pricing, credit control, deferrals, accruals)
• Oversee all sub-contract management and ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
• Drive sales + marketing activities as required.
• Oversee all leadership tasks for direct reports including but not limited to - Recruitment/Performance Management/Training
• Act as an escalation point for all customers allocated to the cluster/country ensuring a strong focus on customer growth and retention,
• Ensure that customer complaints are managed in a manner that provides explanations and puts customer at ease.
• Understand company strategies and develop EPC(engineering, procurement & construction) projects, oil & gas and oversized & overweight cargo clients in local market.
