Duties:
 Responsible for project management such as establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, quality and technical; Familiar with Chinese Construction Code;
 Reviews specifications, drawings, and vendor equipment documentation from both within the discipline as well as from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seeks resolution;
 Support the implementation of project events; Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project;
 Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and General Contractor, Design Institute, at all project stages;
 Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications, prepare formal project progress and other reports;
 Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team, manage the project process;

 Ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the internal database;
 Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager;

Requirements:

 Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture
 5+ years of project management experience in China, Experience in a German consultant company preferred
 Familiar with the architecture design and construction related codes and its application
 Client orientated mindset, ability to adjust quickly to customer needs
 Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
 Outstanding ability to excellent negotiation-, closing- and follow-up skill
 Self-motivated personality with ability to work independently and systematically
 Outstanding communication (verbal and written)
 Native language German, excellent English skills
 Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital
 Sufficient computer skills (MS office, MS project, and CAD, Photoshop, sketch up)
 This position may require extensive travel
