說明 1.Maintain clear lines of communication between region eCommerce / IT and HQ IT and Vendor
2.Manage / Documentation of the change request / problem solving
3.Accountability for the Quality Assurance
4.Coordinating with technical design teams to ensure that process streams completed and documentation in line with the development and release management plans
5.Conducting analysis to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement
6.Ownership of all project documentation, including working closely with UX designers, technical leads and creative teams to monitor and ensure all project documentation produced, regularly reviewed, approved and distributed in a timely manner
7.Effectiveness of project management materials in all aspects of the project, such as
-Status reporting

• Project planning
• Meeting minute
• All other associated project documentation

8.All stage gate entry criteria are met to enable entry into internal test cycles and client UAT
9.Management of internal testing, including system testing and integration testing
10.Final project deliverables
Manage the project team, including:

• Assigning individual project tasks
• Organizing and chairing regular meetings to monitor and report progres
• Ensuring all timesheets are completed accurately and on time

資格

• Total : 3+ years in Project Management specially in eCommerce related
• Ideally educated to bachelor degree level, within a relevant degree subject matter
• In depth knowledge of Magento 2,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Knowledge of Magento 1
• Magento 2 certificated solution specialist
