CEIBS MBA program/department seeks to hire a full-time position of Project Manager to work with the highly competitive and dynamic industry in education. The Project Manager will work together with the marketing and admissions team in delivering excellence in all aspects of the admissions process of the program. He/she should be result-oriented and highly self-motivated to pursue the highest quality in MBA student recruiting and nurturing. He/she is also encouraged to build and maintain effective channels to absorb high quality candidates.

Major Job Responsibilities:

？ Plan and implement Di Shui Quan Project to ensure the students to get the Di Shui Quan loan before the enrollment;

？ Ensure the smooth transition of Di Shui Quan Project, including the change of partners from Noah to Pudong Development Bank, the completion of loan repayment of the first 3 batches of loan borrower, coordination among the stakeholders such as Noah, ZJT, PDB, CEIBS Foundation, CEIBS alumni and students;

？ Establish the new Di Shui Quan Plat form to ensure a smooth implementation;

？ Assist the team to ensure the smooth Summer Boot Camp(SBC) expansion from 1 class to 2 classes;

？ Assist the team to ensure the smooth 5-day SBC delivery in July, such as plan and organize the students in the academic studies, company visiting, networking events etc.;

？ Plan, implement and ensure a smooth process of the SBC from marketing, recruiting, enrollment and course delivery from year 2020 on;

？ Support domestic and international recruiting events whenever needed;

？ Assist the Marketing and Admissions head in various projects.

Basic Job Requirements:

？ A minimum of 8 years work experience and at least 5 years in sales function of a multinational company, preferred in service industry, or recruiting function of a leading academic institution in the world;

？ Excellent in project management;

？ Fluent in English speaking and writing;

？ Perfect public presentation and communication skills;

？ MBA degree(English teaching) from a top school is preferred;

？ Team work and effective time management;

？ Flexibility in working overtime.
