Responsibilities:

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Monitor project progress against plan
• Communicated between different countries stakeholder to update the project progress
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or above preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• 10 years of IT experience or above with 5 years or above experience of project management in web application implementation projects
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Knowledge in system architecture is preferable
• Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Good Cantonese and English
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is a must.
