岗位职责:
1.负责参与项目前期的投标工作;
2.制定施工组织计划,负责项目施工的过程管理,包括人员和材料组织、进度控制、质量、安全、变更、分包管理;
3.根据项目需求统筹协调设计师、机电工程师、预算员、采购员以及业主和物业的关系;
4.工程质量管理,组织技术交底和节点验收;
5.确保项目的进度和质量达到公司标准,使客户满意;
6.负责竣工验收和项目移交工作。
任职资格:
1.要求有5年及以上的【办公室室内装修】工作经验,有外资公司背景更佳;
2.具备一定的装修、机电安装专业知识,能独立指导现场施工工作;
3.有较强的计划能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力,较强的全局意识、客户服务意识、安全意识;
4.工程、建筑装饰及相关专业,熟悉建筑装饰工程工艺、持有二级以上建造师证书者优先;
5.因客户要求特殊性,需要阅读英文文件,收发英文邮件,参加英语会议等,要求英语听、说、读、写熟练。
本岗位在广州、深圳两地同时招聘,能适应因项目需要的省内出差。

Infinity was founded in 1997, with full name Beijing Infinity JV Construction Design & Engineering Co., Ltd.
The company is a Mainland-Hong Kong joint venture with Class I National Construction Decoration License issued by China Construction Ministry, and M & E professional contracting and construction license, as well as Grade B Construction Decoration Design License issued by Beijing Urban Planning Committee.
Our major clients are global Top 500 and foreign companies of Europe and America that are involved in the industries such as electronics, IT, auto, banking, securities, funds, insurance, education, Press, medicine, daily necessities, lawyers, shipping, advertising, beverage, food, media, apparel etc.
Infinity specialize in interior design and construction of office buildings, factories, laboratories, technical centers, etc.
Infinity establishes a complete quality management system, and has obtained the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System Certification and GB/T28001:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
Infinity has developed a comprehensive group management structure, complete management system and processes system. With headquarters in Beijing, we set up branch offices in Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou in 2007, Chengdu and Shenzhen in 2011, and also Singapore in 2013.
There are nine departments in Beijing head office, including Marketing Management Department, Design Management Department, QS Management Department, Project Management Department, M&E Management Department, Purchasing Management Department, Maintenance Management Department, Finance Management Department, HR & Admin Management Department.
At present, there are more than 100 employees in Beijing head office, with professional and technical personnel accounting for 80% or more.
