岗位职责：

1.负责参与项目前期的投标工作；

2.制定施工组织计划，负责项目施工的过程管理，包括人员和材料组织、进度控制、质量、安全、变更、分包管理；

3.根据项目需求统筹协调设计师、机电工程师、预算员、采购员以及业主和物业的关系；

4.工程质量管理，组织技术交底和节点验收；

5.确保项目的进度和质量达到公司标准，使客户满意；

6.负责竣工验收和项目移交工作。

任职资格：

1.要求有5年及以上的【办公室室内装修】工作经验，有外资公司背景更佳；

2.具备一定的装修、机电安装专业知识，能独立指导现场施工工作；

3.有较强的计划能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力，较强的全局意识、客户服务意识、安全意识；

4.工程、建筑装饰及相关专业，熟悉建筑装饰工程工艺、持有二级以上建造师证书者优先；

5.因客户要求特殊性，需要阅读英文文件，收发英文邮件，参加英语会议等，要求英语听、说、读、写熟练。

本岗位在广州、深圳两地同时招聘，能适应因项目需要的省内出差。
