OB STATEMENT

The Project Manager is responsible for providing management and administration for all aspects of Performance Services contract such as initial project management, supply chain coordination and execution. Coordinate all activities with regards to Performance Service contracts to ensure Metso fulfill its obligations to our customers while maintaining expected profitability.

The Project Manager acts as the prime Metso contact for customers, his prime objective is to manage and coordinate resources with Metso MA Sales, SBA Hub and customers, in order to optimize the performance required and reach the budgeted program within safety, quality, environmental and cost restraints.

项目经理是客户主要联系人，他的主要职责为管理并且协调美卓区域销售，服务，以及客户等各类资源。在保证安全，质量，环保，控制成本的前提下，优化项目表现且达到预期

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Performance

Project Manager is directly responsible for all performance aspects of respective contracts/agreements, including all operational matters; Cost, schedule, quality, HSE, etc

项目经理对项目/合同表现的各个方面直接负责，其中包括运营，成本，计划，质量，健康安全环境等等

• Participate in the preparation of the long-term plan mainly in the setting of goals, milestones, check points as well as the identification and definition of investment to improve the contract execution process and working methods; Objective being to maximize revenue, improve profitability and reduce costs.

  参与长期计划的准备，包括设定项目目标，里程碑，节点。并且发现及定义改进合同执行的流程和工作方式。最终目标为最大化收益，增加利润，降低成本

• Responsible for scheduling of field service and other services as per contract agreement or according to the actual demands.

  负责根据合同规定或实际需求，制定场服务工程师以及其他服务计划

• Make necessary arrangement to have the Metso resources (Qualified FSE) available for the site service. Follow-up and ensure all the services to be delivered on time.

  做出必要的安排，确保相应的美卓资源（合格的服务工程师）提供现场服务。事后跟进来确保服务提供的及时性

• Ensure that a report is available for all field services. Organize filing of the reports in Contract filing system. When assigning a FSE for site service, make sure that he is aware of past reports/Actions so he follows-up on status of those actions.

  确保每次服务后都有服务报告。将服务报告按流程管理存档。当制定计划安排某个服务工程师去现场服务，需确保该服务工程师了解以往的服务历史，根据以往要求以需要采取的行动，进行进一步跟进

• Responsible to coordinate all actions listed on the field service report;

  根据服务报告的要求，负责协调并且采取的行动

• Coordinate with Sales/Customer service for Purchasing of parts to refurbish inventory as per site inventory count done by FSE.

  根据服务工程师现场库存清点结果来协调销售或项目执行来购买配件补充库存

• Recommended improve/modification/adjustment/repair/Maintenance actions to be done by Metso or Customer.

  负责建议由美卓或客户来执行改进、改动、调整、修理等相关意见

• Analyze the field service reports and coordinate with Sales/Product Support team to identify opportunities for Metso to perform additional business (Prepare proposal), adjustment of inventory level to suit the consumption and needs. Keep track of all actions and ensure that they are being taken care of by the responsible parties.

  分析现场服务报告，协调销售以及产品经理来发掘美卓额外的服务机会（准备方案报价），根据消耗量和需求来调整库存。记录且追踪所有需要的采取的行动，确保由相关部门来执行完成。

• Provide the information for the PMR reports.

• Coordinate with Sales/Product Support and related department, constantly look for new solution of operation which will improve the contract performance and reduce contract costs.

  协调销售与产品支持，坚持不懈的寻找项目执行的改进方案，从而提升项目表现，降低项目成本。

  
  

  Coordinate with Sales/Product support/Customer Service team and help of below Finance/SAP tasks:

  协调销售、产品经理、项目执行团队来帮助完成以下财务及SAP系统的任务：

• Set up and execute projects in SAP PS module (project structure, planned numbers, part ordering, reporting).

  在SAP系统中建立且执行PS单元（项目构架，预算，配件订单，报告）

• Follow-up with DC department on part purchasing, goods receipts, delivery, goods issue for projects. Ensure consumed parts/Wears components are assigned to the appropriate WBS elements and reflect right equipment or site.

  与DC合作，跟进项目涉及的相关的配件购买，货物收据，运输，发货过账

• Monitor and report inventory levels and coordinate physical inventory in remote storage locations.

  监控并且报告库存量。协调偏远地点库存的实际清点。

• Enter time-sheets in CAT2 for project-related labor.

  输入项目相关人员的时间

• Create SAP sales orders for labor and parts. Coordinate customer billing with accounting department and ensure timely payments by customer. Monitor outstanding Accounts Receivables.

  在SAP系统中生成相关人工和配件的销售订单。与财务部门协调发出客户订单，确保客户及时回款。监控AR情况

• Validate accuracy of planned and actual costs, revenues and margins reported under projects and provide updates for PMR reviews on a monthly basis.
