Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to medium-to-large projects in order to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all project stakeholders/customers
- Complete and/or coordinate the completion of all project components to meet appropriate economic standards, ensures customer satisfaction, timely completion, and project profitability
- Support & contribute to overall project success
- Assess project risks and develop timely, proactive plans to mitigate risk factors
- Assess new business leads through data analysis, support Operations team to make strategic decision
- Propose or refine project standards, policies, procedures, and method
- Apply basic understanding / knowledge of project management components
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant business or technical subject
- Minimum 3–6 years’ experience including Project Management, Operations Management, and/or IT Experience
- Good command of PC and fluent in English
- Excellent management, communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Problem solving skills, process management, negotiation skills
- Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, project schedules, financial justification, etc.
- Experience in the use of project management/planning software
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
