Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to medium-to-large projects in order to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all project stakeholders/customers
  • Complete and/or coordinate the completion of all project components to meet appropriate economic standards, ensures customer satisfaction, timely completion, and project profitability
  • Support & contribute to overall project success
  • Assess project risks and develop timely, proactive plans to mitigate risk factors
  • Assess new business leads through data analysis, support Operations team to make strategic decision
  • Propose or refine project standards, policies, procedures, and method
  • Apply basic understanding / knowledge of project management components

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant business or technical subject
  • Minimum 3–6 years’ experience including Project Management, Operations Management, and/or IT Experience
  • Good command of PC and fluent in English
  • Excellent management, communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Problem solving skills, process management, negotiation skills
  • Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, project schedules, financial justification, etc.
  • Experience in the use of project management/planning software
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
