1. Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作内容:

? Support sales team in the proposal phase in design review meeting by reviewing/auditing the project design and providing feasible project realization schedule etc.

通过审查/审核项目设计并提供可行的项目实施计划等，在设计提案阶段为销售团队提供相关支持

? Responsible for project management during logistics systems’ implementation phase with focus on material flow technology/warehouse technology/automation

负责物流系统实施阶段的项目管理，重点关注物流技术/仓库技术/自动化

? Acting as interface between customer and internal/ external partners starting with order receipt

从接到订单开始，作为客户与内部/外部合作伙伴之间的接口

? Specification and clarification of details of scope of supply and services

规范并明确供应及服务范围的细节

? Active participation in discussion about IT requirements specification

积极参与有关IT需求规范的讨论

? Achieving quality, deadline and cost targets during entire project execution

在整个项目执行期间实现质量，时间期限和成本目标

? Conduction of risk assessment

进行风险评估

? Monitoring and evaluation of contract-related services and demands during project phase (claim management)

2. Profile of qualification/胜任资质要求:

a) Graduation /graduate degree/ major/学历/专业:

• Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics or Industrial Engineering with focus on material flow technology/logistics, or comparable education

b) Working experience (in years)/工作经验（年限）:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experiences as project manager or in project management in the corresponding field, ideally on general contractor side

c) Professional/专业能力:

(Describe the hard skills, language and knowledge needed to perform in this job)

• Further experiences in implementation of systems or sub-systems containing conveyor and warehouse technology
• Experienced in using MS Office (in particular MS Project) and AutoCAD software
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and Mandarin, further language skills are beneficial
