The Challenge
To define the project plan for a medium-sized project and to ensure that project objectives and milestones are met, within agreed budget and timing and according to agreed quality standards.
The Position
• Manages China New Site Capex Project
• Provide technical support to customers
• Networking with HNH and HNH premix plans in order to transfer best practices
• Draw up a project plan and submit it to the appropriate authority for approval.
• Ensure that the project deliverables and milestones are met.
• Manage the project in terms of money, time, quality and information/communication.
• Ensure compliance of project team members with all relevant laws, requirements and other relevant regulations.
• Ensure a safe, healthy and injury-free work environment.
• Report the progress of the project versus the project plan.
• Manage the risks related to the project and inform the appropriate authorities in case project objectives, milestones, quality, timing and/or budget incur risk.
• Control the scope of the project.
• Manage the external parties.
• Manage the expectations of the customer.
• Manage the project team members and create teambuilding and team spirit.
• Evaluate the project and report results and recommendations for improvement of the execution of future projects

The Ideal
8-10 years' relevant industry experience.
Experience in different fields of production, maintenance and/or supply chain management.
Proven project management, problem solving, trouble shooting and or cost reduction record.
Must be a team player with good communication skills.
Demonstrated abilities in large capital project management.
Demonstrated abilities in budget management.
