Responsibilities:

1) Direction and control (schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the project management team

2) Ensure the projects are working to the company procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific agenda

3) Regularly review and update Project Execute Plan, ensure all the activities act according to Neapco process

4) Keep good coordination and communication, good relationship with client members, contractors and customers (e.g. NE, WX and BMW)

5) Lead regular Project Team meetings, open issue lists, Program Reviews, and Gate Review Sign-off Process.

6) Ensure execution of project deliverables on time, on budget and at correct quality level

7) Assurance that all project risks are properly escalated to project team and if necessary, to Neapco Management

8) Leading the technical audits and project review of the work of contractors

9) Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety act

10) Ensure that the Project closes out properly and Report to the Project Director

Expected Skills & Qualifications:

a) Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering or business administration

b) Minimum 8 years working experience, at least 3years in program management, preferably in automotive industry and with electrical/electronic products

c) Proven, successful track record in program management

d) Strong leadership behavior to manage and motivate cross functional team

e) Excellent communication and negotiations skills, ability to lead discussion and hold presentations to/with customer, team and management

f) High level of organizational skills, ability to handle multiple assigned tasks

g) Good English in written and verbal

h) Good understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes and documentations

i) Knowledgeable in program management processes and tools, able to use standard software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
