1. 主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1）在时间、成本和质量方面全面负责项目管理；

Account for overall project management in terms of time, costs and quality.

2）建立适当的项目组织和时间表；

Establish adequate project organization and timing.

3）协调跨职能团队的活动（销售、成本会度、采购、工程、质量和生产），并监控从启目启动到批量生产的进展；

Coordinate the activities of a cross-functional program team( Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality and Production) and monitor the progress of pro-ject from kick-off to mass production.

4）开展每周的SE会议，定义关健行动，如果有计划有偏差，采取纠正措施；

Conduct weekly project SE meetings and define key actions and corrective measures if deviating from the plan.

5）参加门关检查会议，如果需要的话将问题上升到管理层；

Participate in Gate Review meeting and escalate issues to management if necessary.

6）按照有效的工具和流程设置汇报项目状态；

Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set.

7）和成本会计一起，在不同阶段计算并监控项目财务状态，确保利润达成；

Together with controlling, work on the calculation and monitor project financial status in different phases to make sure the EBIT is achieved.

8）完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。

Undertake tasks assigned by leaders.

2. 上岗条件 Qualification:

1）本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above

2）机械或电子工程 Mechanical or electronic engineering

3）至少六年汽车行业工程管理经验，至少两年项目管理经验

Min. 6 years experience on engineering management in the automotive field, with at least 2 years project management experience.

4）良好的项目执行到量产的知识

Very good knowledge in the execution of projects until the series introduction

良好的项目管理核心流程知识

Very good knowledge of the core processes of project management

5）英语熟练，德语优先 Proficient in English, German is a plus

国内外频繁的出差 Frequent business trips in China and abroad

掌握各类软件：SAP, Lotus Notes/Outlook, MS-Office, MS-Project
