Job Description
1. Working with the Corp team to build up the platform for Semi-con vertical development in Asia
- Stay informed of the market / industry updates on Semi-con & Hi-Tech vertical to identify new opportunities
- To be active on the data collection & industry analyst on Semi-con vertical and use effectively (as business/ industry intelligence ) to enhance customer / user experience
- Co-work with Corp team and internal sources to build up / update vertical portfolio to reflect CHR strong image of professions & profound experience in Semi-con vertical by data collection and documentation , show-case, solution design ,well compiled SOP and Company introduction
- Coordinating with gateway/ product and local offices on the pricing strategy
- Supporting the local branch to set up the team in charge of Semi-con accounts, and perform the training to both the overseas/ local offices in terms of the key / specific character and logistics request from the vertical
- Support and coach the local branches to set up the SOP, Customer proposal, strategic solution, Performance Review Mechanism by utilized the knowledge in the vertical
2. Collaborate with the local teams ( Asia and overseas ) for the growth and retention of the Semi-con accounts at the assigned region
- Identify the account opportunities ( Giant Size ) in the assigned region , working with the branches to complete the deal via Customer proposal , effective solutions & pricing strategy , service promotion, relationship buildup
- Driven & coach local sales team in the assigned region to approach / explore new opportunities in the related vertical
- Set up SOP in line with the vertical specification and customer's request and ensure the proper execution through the local branch team ( By KPI ) , Driven the continuous improvement on the process
- Assist local branches on the complex solution/ pricing negotiation , trouble issue, business review
- Guide branch team on the volume forecast, budget plan, monthly Volume / Revenue Report
Position Requirements:
- 6+ year in the logistics / freight industry. Profound knowledge and experience in operation, Customer Service , Account management / Strategic Sales ( Air base is preferred )
- Experience in Hi-tech, or Semi-con vertical ( 2 years above ) Preferred
- Capable in setting up business strategy , effective and holistic process & practice to deliver the best results
- Capable in account planning, selling complex solutions , and with the ability to conduct and lead the high-level presentation as required
- Able to work under pressure and solve complex problems independently
- Development / sales driven, and eager to identify new account opportunities
- Good team-work spirit, Open –minded , strong communication skill, able to manage conflict tactically
- Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- With the basic knowledge on Semicon , HI tech industry , Manufacturing / Supply Chain lifecycle
- Willing to travel up to 30%
