Responsibilities：

• Defines/Refines the scope of project, timeline, key milestones, and budget
• Identifies and deploys resources required to successfully execute project through the lifecycle
• Monitor project plan by reviewing design, specifications and schedule (review with supervisor if necessary)
• Manages project costs & approvals for spend
• Resolves or escalates issues that might put project deliverables at risk
• Coordinate across functions to create launch packages, enabling the commercial team to meet translation plan
• Coordinate and execute training for product launch
• Push launches to meet pipeline expectation plan
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

Qualifications：

• 5 Years + working experience
• Bachelors Degree and above
• Can influence without formal authority
• Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skill
• Ownership to drive the program growth
• Strategic mindset: Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies
• Builds networks: Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization
• Business insight: Applying knowledge of business and marketplace to advance the organization's goals
• Experience in the areas of E&E, Engineering, Chemistry, Polymers, Project Management, and or Commercial
