Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for restaurant chain’s maintenance, renovation, and reinstatement projects;
• Monitor construction progress to ensure that it is consistent with brand guidelines and standards, also full compliance with relevant Ordinances;
• Work closely with internal and external partners such as operations team, landlords, contractors, suppliers, designer etc.;
• Make sure valid licenses are obtained according to government requirements;
• Handle ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the management.

 Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder or above in Technical/Engineering or any other related disciplines;
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in F&B industry;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Proficiency of AutoCAD;
• Detail oriented and highly organized, able to work independently.
