Job Description：

• Enforce myCharge projects on time delivery, manages all aspects of Power bank or other mobile accessories from Design release, sample/mock up build up, tooling, DV, PV, Mass production and package development with vendors and different functional teams. Always ensuring vendors implement corrective actions and solutions to mitigate brand risk. This position reports to Senior Operation Manager myCharge China and is promotable to Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Must have ability to follow projects with vendor from the basis of cost, manufacturing feasibility, detail schedule and quality aspect.
  

• Visit vendor frequently to have on site review/follow up the sample build in different phase, DVT/PVT and also CES/Sales samples, participates in current supplier performance reviews and makes recommendations to onboard new ones through optimized project processes.

• Collaboration with quality manager, supply chain specialist and other function leads in USA and Asia during launch of new products or new products or new product initiatives from conception to product release.

• Work with vendor to follow up packaging accessory development, review and approve packaging sample, monitor packaging production process.

• Drive and track project progress vs. timeline (USE of standard myCharge project tracking form), and able to generate a recovery plan if the project timeline is behind expectation.
  

• Drive and track cost reduction activities for delegated project and keep US team noted if any of cost related changes (material/key components/exchange rate…)

• Source new suppliers on any new inquiry, get supplier form/DNA agreement signed, and follow up samples and quotation inquiry.
  

• Visit HK show and other shows to collect innovative product and supplier information.
  

Position Requirements

• Academic qualifications: 4yr University Engineering Bachelor Degree.

• 5~6 years of project management experience in product design and project follow up to the manufacturing phase with a multinational company in China or Asia; PMP certification is needed.

• 3-4yr experience working with cross functional groups with headquarters outside Asia. Strong experience with supplier communication, evaluation, qualification and follow up.
  

• Consumer electronics background is a must to be able to team up with NPI and Mfg, knowledge of Product Compliance standards (UL, UN38.3, FCC, MFI, QCx, Qi wireless, PD). Power banks or power management accessories or products is a plus.

• Ability to influence others and lead/push vendors achieve measurable goals.
  

• Highly motivated individual who can work independently; detail oriented with excellent follow up skills.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English language skills is a must.

• 10~20% local travel (Guangdong and Dongguan) few exceptions outside this region to follow up KPI vendor meetings throughout the year.

• Proficiency with MS tools, particularly excel, power point, vector files and intranet data file management files is a must.
