This Project Manager role is responsible for managing multiple localization projects with worldwide team members and will actively and continually get involved in each project until completion. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

1. Project Scheduling

• To plan and organize resources.
• To define the required project deliverables.
• To communicate efficiently to resolve obstacles.
• To exchange information with relevant business associates.
• To give a heads-up to project team for upcoming projects.

2. Project Tracking

• To maintain accurate project information in the system.
• To closely monitor projects and report issues regularly.
• To explore the optimal solutions to pending project issues.
• To flag critical task path ahead.
• To prioritize project tasks.
• To assure quality deliverables produced.

3. Project Budgeting

• To plan project budget.
• To update budget for scope and reflect schedule change.
• To maintain the accurate financial data of projects.
• To complete revenue recognition of projects.

Essential:

• A good command of English and Japanese
• 2 years of experience in business field or localizaiton
• Advanced knowledge of OS.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in localization industry.
• Experience of co-working with people in other countries.
• PMP certificate.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Educational Requirements

BA or BS Degree or above
