Job Description

• Lead NISI medical device product development projects and monitor the entire product life cycle management;
• Accountable for project planning, monitoring project status, support engineering, tooling debug, and NPI;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and approved suppliers, engineering pilot sample testing/review, final engineering approvals and release to initial production;
• Ensure that all production processes and products comply with product specifications and all regulatory requirements;
• Achieve project objectives in terms of budget, cost, time and quality;
• Analyze project risks, and take corrective measures to control;
• Report project status to Management and resolve bottleneck.

Requirements

• Degree holder in engineering discipline preferably in Bio-medical or Industrial Engineering;
• At least 5 years of solid, relevant experience, preferably in medical device industry
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills;
• Written / spoken Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
• Occasional travel is required;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager.
