Project Manager - After Sales (Rolling Stock) Gurgaon | Siemens Mobility | Full-time Together we make a difference! In this role with Siemens Mobility (SMO), you will report to the Head of Execution (Rolling Stock) and work closely with all disciplines within the Rolling Stock and the wider business to ensure high quality after sales activities in line with project management processes governed by PM@Siemens guidelines. Change the future with us You will be responsible for project management (after sales) activities for Indian Railways & Metro Rolling Stock orders incl. EMU, MEMU, Trainsets, Metros, Locomotives etc. falling under Rolling Stock Business Unit. The responsibilities will include: o Managing a team responsible for providing technical support, commissioning, and after sales warranty support o Managing the fleet of locomotives / EMUs / Trainsets spread across India o Manage all technical and commercial issues post sales o Managing all field issues in a timely manner o Managing and planning timely availability of spares required for locomotives / EMU / Trainsets in field operations and under warranty o Work with a cross functional team involving procurement, propulsion factory, suppliers in India and abroad etc. o Managing supplies for timely resolution of warranty issues, spares availability etc. o Create spares pipeline to ensure warranty failures are addressed on timely manner o Enabling the team members to timely address field issues and closure with respective railway sheds o Responsible for adherence to EHS Policy and Guidelines at all customer locations o Ensuring that customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner o Ensuring pipeline of activities post delivery of rolling stock and propulsion components o Analysis of field complaints and co-ordination with propulsion and rolling stock engineering team for corrective action o Timely closure of all customer letters and joint notes o Support preparation of locomotive / EMU / Trainset bids Use your skills to move the world forward o You have minimum 15 years of experience in after sales profile in Railway domain o Proficient MS Excel skills. Well versed other MS Office products (Word, PP & Outlook) o Extensive experience of managing customers like Indian Railways o Strong written & oral communication and interpersonal skills o Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Gurgaon.
