One of the leading Developers is currently seeking Project Manager to assist with their Commercial expansion overseas.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• 12+ years working experience with Developers overseeing Commercial and Residential projects in Hong Kong, London or Canada
• Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will be responsible with overseeing projects from inception to completion and coordination with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Those immediately available will be highly preferred
• HKIA or Authorized Person (AP) will be an advantage
