One of the leading Developers is currently seeking Project Manager to assist with their Mixed Use and Residential works on their project team.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree in Architecture or relevant
• 12+ years working experience with Developer or Client Side
• Work with a team of architects to execute design projects in Luxury Residential, Shopping Mall and Hotel projects
• Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will be responsible with overseeing projects from inception to completion and coordination with clients, vendors and contractors
• Good communication skill in Chinese and English
