Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as overall construction program requirements of the project;
• Manage the site project team including Site Agent, Sub Agent, Site Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Foreman to carry out the works according to the statutory requirements, approved method statement, work progress, safety environmental, quality and contractual issues;
• Propose budget requirements for the works;
• Establish and maintain a closed partnership among client, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors and internal sectors; and
• Ad-hoc duties wherever required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Civil discipline or equivalent;
• At least 10 years of project management experiences in foundation / civil projects;
• Strong leadership skill, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill; and
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

Working locations

• Wong Chuk Hang / Shatin / Kam Tin / Kowloon City or other sites
