A Prestige Contractor is currently seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager manage their Residential and Commercial portfolio in Hong Kong.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Building Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• 12+ years’ experience with large scale development including Residential, Commercial and Mixed Used projects in Hong Kong.
• Reporting to the Managing Director of the Group, you are expected to integrate project work plans, coordination between internal departments and ensure quality assurance procedures are followed accordingly
• Responsibilities include working with International and local clients to oversee design, master planning, contractor selection, contract management and construction management
• Must be fluent in both Chinese and English
