Our client is a well regarded real estate group in Hong Kong with premium portfolio covers luxury residential, large scale residential, office and service apartment. Due to continuous developments in Hong Kong, they are hiring a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager- (Architect).

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, executing and managing various types of the residential projects
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Handles projects from design stage, project administration, construction management till handover stage
• Manage A&A and renovation works for existing commercial and luxury apartment;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
• Registered Architect - HKIA is preferred 
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing residential development projects in HK 
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills;
