The Job

• Client: A Property Developer
• Position: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Officer
  
• Responsibilities: Manage large-scale A&A and renovation works to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards - Advise and comment on fit-out designs, works inspection, monitor maintenance schedule, etc.
• $25-60K up. 5-day, medical, bonus.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines
• Professional qualification preferred for Manager position; MHKIA, MHKIS or equivalent
• 3-12 years experience in large scale A&A, fit-out, renovation projects gained with property developers / management companies
• Familiar with building regulations and related statutory requirements
• Good experience with fit-out design, drawings
• Good command of languages
