Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design and Build interior projects (mainly offices) in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen.
  • Direct communicate with in-house designers, clients, and workers; and drive to the completion of projects.
  • Prepare RFQ, evaluate quotation and control (in terms of time, cost and quality) with the supplier, difference trades, building NSC, etc.
  • Lead construction meeting; prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Good technical knowledge on construction details; with capabilities in sketching conjunction details.
  • With contract knowledge; and manage day-to-day contract administrative works.
  • Reporting; site progress report, snagging lists and cost reporting.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or building construction discipline.
  • Good in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects, etc.
  • INITIATIVE, PROACTIVE and with strong sense of RESPONSIBILITY.
  • Min. 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Solid experience in office and banking retails interior projects; design and build experience takes advantage.
  • Good team spirit and experienced in liaising with contractors.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
