Project Manager Assistant - Innovative large retail spaces

Design Director

Job Duties :

• Managing projects from design concept to construction completion.

• Communicate with clients, general contractors throughout projects, make sure their needs and expectations are well received by our team.

• Coordinate throughout bidding process, contracts review, products purchasing, delivery, installation, be sensible of potential issues and taking initiative of solving them.

• Build and maintain trustworthy relationship with clients by ensure of deliver quality projects to meet the standard of the design.

• Take control of all process and communication to ensure the timeline of projects.

Requirements:

• Native Chinese speaker, good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• College degree

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as project manager

• A portfolio to prove project managing skills

• Ability to be able to managing multiple projects at the same time

• Good sense of quality and good taste of design

• A fast reactor, quick learner, team player, able to deliver result to meet timeline

• Excellent communication skills
