Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.Steer and manage a team of Process Experts and/or Project Members, locally and globally.

2.Steer the accomplishment of the project plan and timelines.

3.Manage appropriately change management and prepare organization for future changes related to a project.

4.Define and align the project plan with stakeholders from IT, business areas and local functions.

5.Manage phases of the project: preparation, scoping, analysis and design, implementation and stabilization.

6.Implement processes considering business, legal and tax requirements for the international business partners.

7.Manage the project stakeholders’ expectations and deliverables, respecting timelines and project plan.

8.Ensure processes are appropriately documented.

9.Manage risks and issue resolution.

10.Communicate effectively with colleagues on different professional levels in an international and multi-cultural environment.

11.Report the project status to Advisory Board members (on senior management level) and other stakeholders.

12.Ensure adherence to the established project methodology (deliverables, milestones, project standard tools). Contribute towards adaption of the deliverables based on project needs and prior expertise.

13.Propose and implement best practices to maintain high quality in project methodology.

14.Flexibility to adapt to different type of projects.

15.Responsible for ensuring project stays in line with the assigned budget.

16.Leading a group of Local functional reports assigned to the Project.

17.Set up a project budget (mandays) and align with the sales department and review correct assignation of GETs.


Who You Are

1.LSS background, should be at least black belt certified, and experience of 5 years in managing medium / large sized projects on an international scale.

2.Flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure.

3.Good communication and presentation skills.

4.Ability to build up trustful relationships.

5.Leadership and coordination capabilities.

6.Organized and structured.

7.Problem solving attitude.

8.Flexibility to adapt to different type of projects.

9.Fluent in English, both spoken and written – other European languages appreciated.

10.Good MS Office suite skills.

11.Available and keen to travel, including on short notice.
