Our client is a reputable Hong Kong Property Developer with a diversified property portfolio which includes office, hotels, commercial and residential developments in Hong Kong and China.   

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, execution and construction and managing various types of new, asset enhancement, addition and alteration and fitting out projects for the group in Hong Kong and PRC;
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Occasional travel to Southern China is required 
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
• More Experience would be considered as Senior Project Manager 

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or Architectural Studies;
• Professional Qualifications (HKIS, RICS or HKIA) are highly preferred 
• At least 10 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing sizable A&A and new development projects in office buildings and hotels
• Exposure in Hong Kong and candidates from HK developers are preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
