Project Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As Project Manager in the Business Excellence Group, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that improve existing heart failure products and processes, and that make significant impact to the organization and our patients.

• This role is responsible for the planning and execution of key projects that support the sustainment of current products and achievement of operational goals.
• Build smart strategies to achieve each project’s goals.
• Create optimal project schedules and manage tight budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional team members (including manufacturing engineering, quality, R&D, regulatory, supply chain, production, and IT) to successful project completion through excellent interpersonal and influence skills.
• Creatively solve project issues and proactively mitigate risks.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from operators to executive leadership.
• The ideal candidate will be a keen, hands-on problem solver and a strong, adaptable leader with a passion to drive improvement and results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING 

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years of managing projects in the medical device industry

Preferred 

• Advanced Degree
• PMP Certification
