Principal Accountabilities:

1.To be the IS functional expert for a defined set of information systems in Marketing & Sales domain, based on an in-depth knowledge of IS systems supporting business processes.

2.Use this expertise to understand the needs expressed by the business, translate the needs into solutions, and work with the business colleagues to manage the resulting change.

3.Provide functional support in response to key problems

4.Manage communications, business relationship with corresponding solution centers and business entities

Key Qualities Required:

• Solid functional and operational process knowledge (3)
• Demonstrated successful implementation practice with CRM (Sales.com), Distribution management solutions (3)
• Project management skill, agile project experience is a plus (2)
• Self starter and work without too much supervision
• Ability to work across in Asia-Pacific region
• Good problem solving skill
• Good inter-personal skill, analytical skill , presentation and communication skill
• Test automation experience is a plus
• Team work spirit

• Computer science or related bachelor degree
• 5+ years of experience as functional analyst
• 3+ years of experience as project manager
• Speak fluent English and Chinese
• Experience in auto industry is a plus
