Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the construction and development teams to complete project with good quality, push the progress forward in a safe and timely manner.
• Responsible for the overall project life-cycle including planning, implementing, monitoring, etc.
• Advice on tender preparation and technical submission.
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing on site project objectives.
• Review technical requirements, identify potential problems, provide expert technical advice, resolve technical problem with consultants and contractors.
• Monitor and review site planning, construction program, sequence, quality and progress of works, and preparation of statutory submission by contractors.
• Perform site supervision, oversee contractors’ performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Studies or related disciplines.
• 12 years related experience with minimum 6 years post qualification experience
• Membership of MCIOB or HKIE or equivalent
• Proven knowledge in handling building projects
• Previous working experience with property developers or contractor
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
