Our client is one of the leading international Project Management Companies. They have working on lots of exciting projects around the globe with top-tier clients and they are currently seeking for a Construction Project Manager to lead their Project team for the upcoming construction projects across Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Project Management team for feasibility study, planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the projects
• Ensure that all projects are being progressed timely and at high level of quality
• Liaison with other divisions, consultants, internal architectural and design teams, government departments, utility companies, etc.
• Assist in all aspects of project management system from strategy formulation, development, project cost control, program, and procurement to delivery

Requirements:

• University graduates in Building/ Construction/ E&M or other related engineering disciplines
• 10 years' related experience delivering large scale projects in Hong Kong
• Familiar with project management software tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project and Building Information Management (BIM)
• Multilingual in English, Cantonese or Japanese would be an asset
• Excellent leadership and organization skills.
• Willing to travel
