Project Manager Content Development Team

Job Description
EF Education First is the world’s largest private education company. EF is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Content Development Team.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all facets of a project including scope, schedule, resource coordination, issue and risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure an efficient and high quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
Drive initiation of projects through effective requirement gathering and communication
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Lead the planning of projects by defining project tasks and resource requirements
Resolve conflicts or impediments that negatively impact the running of the project
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff including freelancer resources
Coordinate internal/external and team collaboration resources in advance
Track and manage project timelines
Provide direction and support to project team through regular and effective communication (online/offline meetings)
Track project issues
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to stakeholders on a regular basis
Organize and execute on project evaluations and assessment of results to ensure best practices are carried into future projects
Ensure feedback is collected and sent to relevant project members
Manage and archive project folders
Look for new and innovative ways to manage projects through tools and processes
Required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an international setting, with minimum 2 years’ successful record of managing medium to large-scale projects.
Content development experience strongly preferred
Certified Project Manager preferred (PMP, Prince, etc.)
Skills/Competencies:
Full professional proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing
Comprehensive communication skills
Skills in critical thinking and problem solving, planning and organization
Needs to be comfortable with decision-making, leading a team and conflict management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Leadership skills
Analytical skills to spot issues
Detail oriented
