Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation project of HMMT solution to Pharma customers
• Manage the project progress, budget, risk and resource during the project
• Manage the business requirements together with customer during the project
• Handle the customer communication during the project
• Set up the necessary project methodology and standard process
• Work with development team to ensure the product knowledge transfer from development team to implementation team
• Timely follow the customer needs and requirements collected from the project to the development team

• To manage and lead a project team of 2-3 mid-junior level consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree above majored in Medical, public health, statistics, computer science, data science or related fields

• Experience in healthcare preferable

• Excellent presentation and communication skills; result and task oriented and accountable

• Good time management and learning ability, can deliver good results under pressure

• Experience in R or Python is plus
