About the Company
My client is a multinational IT service provider with operations over 70 countries. The company is a fortune 100 Global company with strong focus in R&D, social responsibility and providing cutting edge technology and service to its client from all around the world. They are now hiring a Project Manager to be responsible for building service, new build, A&A and customization.

About the Role

• Plan, coordinate and monitor different data center project including new build, improvement and customization projects according to the agreement and budget plan.
• Act as the single point of contact among key stakeholders to ensure effective communications and expectation can be delivered to relevant parties of the projects.
• Identify, prioritize, mitigate and manage the project risks and minimize the exposure of risks on each project.
• Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance.
• Define the roles and responsibilities within project team members in order to ensure tasks are executed by the appropriate team members with the allocated resources.

About the Candidate

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 8 years solid experience in building services engineering and at least 3 years in Data Center Projects.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, best practices data center product specification and SLA.
• Good communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and conversational Putonghua is preferred.
