Job Description

Client's information: 

This is a design  & build company from Hong Kong, with specialism among corporate office/ workplace/ commercial interior design projects. Due to upcoming projects, they are looking for a project manager with certain workplace/office project experiences.

~ With interior design background is an advantage!

 

 

What you do?

  • Collaborate with and give technical support to the design team.
  • Communicate with the clients and construction partners.
  • Prepare time schedule and site coordination.
  • Handle, prepare full sets of in tender and construction drawings.
  • Project scheduling - make sure the project will be run smoothly.

 

 

What you need?

  • Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Min. 6 years of relevant experience in office/workplace/commercial projects.
  • Creative, detail-minded and self-motivated.
  • Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Experience in handling projects from beginning to completion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up, InDesign & MS Office Applications.
  • Native in Cantonese and fluent in English/Chinese.
  • Immediate availability preferred
