Client's information:
This is a design & build company from Hong Kong, with specialism among corporate office/ workplace/ commercial interior design projects. Due to upcoming projects, they are looking for a project manager with certain workplace/office project experiences.
~ With interior design background is an advantage!
What you do?
- Collaborate with and give technical support to the design team.
- Communicate with the clients and construction partners.
- Prepare time schedule and site coordination.
- Handle, prepare full sets of in tender and construction drawings.
- Project scheduling - make sure the project will be run smoothly.
What you need?
- Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 6 years of relevant experience in office/workplace/commercial projects.
- Creative, detail-minded and self-motivated.
- Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Experience in handling projects from beginning to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up, InDesign & MS Office Applications.
- Native in Cantonese and fluent in English/Chinese.
- Immediate availability preferred
